We now know what Brooklynn's new movie Shelter is all about.It sounds like a great movie,though very dark and intense.It also sounds as if Brooklynn has a good part which is awesome!"Single mother and dedicated psychiatrist Cara Jessup (Julianne Moore) centers her professional reputation on debunking the idea of multiple personality syndrome, until she encounters a criminal mental patient (Jonathan Rhys Meyers) whose powers defy rational explanation. This eerie contact with evil shatters her world, turning a cynic into an embattled true believer. The entity that inhabits the patient is eventually revealed to be a demonic preacher, stealing the souls of the dead in a grim, ageless obsession with sheltering the faithless.
When a soul theft results in the loss of Cara's father, Cara intuits that her own daughter is next and narrowly saves her from the brink of death. But is any victory in this arena ever certain? Directed by the innovative team of Mans Marlind and Bjorn Stein (Storm), and giving a mountain voodoo tinge to the occult genre, SHELTER is a sophisticated and disturbing voyage into the heart of darkness. Producers Macari and Edelstein (whose credits include Mulholland Drive and The Ring) will bring their unique brand of psychological spine chilling to the big screen once again in 2008."

According to Variety, Brooklynn Proulx will star alongside Julianne Moore and Jonathan Rhys Meyers in the psychological thriller Shelter, directed by Mans Marlind and Bjorn Stein.
The premise is being kept under wraps.Production begins shortly.

I made screen captures of Brooklynn in The Assassination of Jesse James for this site and I have just added them to the gallery.I highly recommend this movie.I didn't think it would be my type of movie but I watched it and it was amazing.Especially the music,it's absolutely beautiful.The whole movie was beautifully put together and the imagery was very artistic.Brooklynn did a great job in the movie and was so cute.The screencaps are in HQ too so go check them out!

Brooklynn,being the little dynamite star she is,has just gone and booked a new lead role! The movie is called "Shelter" and also stars Julianne Moore and Johnathan Rhys Meyers.Brooklynn will be playing "Sammy", Julianne Moore's daughter in the film.
Go Brooklynn! A big congratulations.
